Head of Finance & Procurement

Mercedes-Benz.io is looking for a Head of Finance & Procurement to lead our controlling, financial, and procurement operations, ensuring high-quality reporting, supporting strategic decision-making, and enabling efficient, compliant, and value-adding processes across the organization.

Requirements

• University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field
• Native-level Portuguese and fluent English (C1)
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in financial management including people leadership
• Strong experience in financial statement preparation, management reporting, and in-depth financial analysis
