Job Description
We are looking for a Head of Finance & Procurement to join our team at Mercedes-Benz.io. The role will lead our controlling, financial, and procurement operations, ensure high-quality reporting, support strategic decision-making, and enable efficient, compliant, and value-adding processes across the organization.
Requirements
- University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field
- Native-level Portuguese and fluent English (C1)
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in financial management
- Strong experience in financial statement preparation, management reporting, and in-depth financial analysis
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Medium to advanced MS Excel skills
- Ability to align financial strategies with broader business objectives
