Site Reliability Engineer - Aftersales(f/m/x)

We are Mercedes-Benz.io, a digital solutions company for Mercedes-Benz. We offer flexibility and a unique culture, and we're looking for a Site Reliability Engineer to join our aftersales product team. In this role, you will work with Java and Kotlin, monitor and observe services, and support incident handling and post mortems.

Requirements

• Experience with Java or Kotlin and the ability to read and debug code
• Strong understanding of monitoring and observability concepts
• Experience with at least one observability tool such as Datadog, Prometheus, or Grafana
• Working knowledge of AWS cloud provider (Other cloud providers knowledge might also be useful)
• Experience with Kubernetes and container based platforms
• Knowledge of Unix or Linux systems
• Experience scripting with Python and Bash
• A proactive mindset and willingness to learn
