Job Description
We are a family-oriented company that provides services to intellectually and developmentally challenged adults in their homes and community. We are looking for a Direct Support Professional to join our team and provide support to our program participants. As a Direct Support Professional, you will be responsible for assisting individuals with their daily needs, including personal care, social interactions, and recreational activities. Requirements
- High School diploma or GED equivalent
- Relevant experience working with individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities
- Current driver's license and California automobile insurance coverage
- Ability to read, write, and speak English
- Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred
