Swilley Library Public Services Student Assistant

Assists students and faculty with basic library tasks, including book searches and logging into library resources. Helps with technology and software, handles circulation, answers phones, and maintains a tidy library environment. Performs hourly patron count and ensures user compliance with library rules.

Requirements

• Must be a Mercer student in good standing
• Ability to work well with the public
• Ability to complete tasks accurately
• Excellent communication skills
• Knowledge of computers and computer applications (Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.)
