The Customer Service Team ensures the highest quality and timeliness in cooperation with customers. The team processes documentation, cooperates with external suppliers, and handles customer complaints and notifications.
Process customer address and bank account data, perform telephone and email contact with Acquirers, participate in POS terminal feature launches, handle customer complaints, cooperate with external suppliers, and optimize customer service processes.
