Job description
The Customer Success Manager generates revenue, retains existing merchant accounts, and maintains excellent customer relationships by establishing relationships and providing high-quality customer service to small and medium-sized businesses.
Key responsibilities include generating revenue, identifying sales opportunities, increasing cross-selling, making sales and upgrades, re-evaluating merchant rates, promoting and selling additional services, customer retention, account maintenance, customer service, and problem resolution.
The ideal candidate will have post-secondary education, 1-2 years of experience in sales and/or account management, strong sales and negotiation skills, solid communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to identify merchant needs and problems.
