Operations Analyst

Role Overview

As an Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for performing a complex billing or quality control function that directly affects the client's revenue. This position requires accountability, detail orientation, time management, and customer service orientation. You will work closely with other departments to provide an exceptional client experience through analytical excellence and strong attention to detail.

What You Will Do

Utilize utility billing and expense technology platforms to produce monthly, on-time, accurate resident bills for our clients. Review and analyze outputs to the billing process and collaborate with our clients to finalize and process monthly utility statements for their residents.
