Principal Engineering Project Lead

Role Overview

Lead multiple cross-functional development programs from concept through delivery, guiding teams as they innovate, build, and upgrade mission-critical products. Own schedule, scope, and budget while navigating complex engineering challenges and ensuring on-time, high-quality execution.

What You Will Do

Integration and coordination across functional teams, project planning, risk mitigation, and communication with stakeholders. Develop project plans, oversee project deliverables, and interact with key members of the project team and stakeholders.

Requirements

• BS degree in a related discipline
• 6+ years of relevant experience
• Relevant Project Management experience in new hardware/software product development
• Familiarity with scheduling, tracking and risk management techniques and tools
• Microsoft Project or similar project management software experience
• Active DoD Secret Clearance or the ability to obtain one
