Job Description
Mercy Home for Children is seeking a PT-Direct Support Professional to provide direct care to individuals in a person-centered manner. The role focuses on promoting independence, individuality, and advocating for self-care. This position involves assisting individuals with daily living skills, personal care, and providing structure to achieve goals.
Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED is required
- Valid New York State Driver’s License
- Certified in AMAP, CPR, SCIP & First Aid (preferred)
- Teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to adhere to a weekly schedule
