
Job description
Manage day-to-day field operations of projects, including safe work practices, workforce, materials, and equipment. Supervise and mentor company workforce on the project. Work closely with the Project Manager to ensure the assigned scope of work is completed per customer safety, schedule, and quality requirements.
Coordinate and manage field operations, supervise workforce, plan and lay out areas of work, coordinate with general contractor and subcontractors, assist with pricing of scope changes and change orders, monitor workforce and progress, manage daily progress reports and weekly time sheets, receive and verify material shipments, track company tools and equipment.
5+ years of experience running large scale electrical projects, ability to read and understand construction blueprints and schematics, excellent organizational and communication skills, self-directed and capable of handling multiple tasks with minimal supervision, strong computer skills, high standard of integrity and professionalism.
