Electrical Supervisor

Role Overview

Manage day-to-day field operations of projects, including safe work practices, workforce, materials, and equipment. Supervise and mentor company workforce on the project. Work closely with the Project Manager to ensure the assigned scope of work is completed per customer safety, schedule, and quality requirements.

What You Will Do

Coordinate and manage field operations, supervise workforce, plan work areas, coordinate with general contractor and subcontractors, assist with pricing of scope changes, monitor quality control, and manage daily progress reports and weekly time sheets.

Why It Might Be a Fit

Must have 5+ years' experience running large scale electrical projects, excellent organizational skills, and strong computer skills. Ability to read construction blueprints and schematics, and travel is required.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years' experience running large scale electrical projects
• Ability to read and understand construction blueprints and schematics
• Electrical license preferred but not mandatory
• Must have verifiable work experience and be willing to travel
• Excellent organizational skills with careful attention to detail and timely follow-through
• Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be self-directed and capable of handling multiple tasks with minimal supervision
• Able to work effectively in stressful, time-sensitive environments
• Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
• High standard of integrity and professionalism
