Job description
Merit Technologies is looking for a full-time Level I IT Engineer to join our team. Individuals in this position are required to provide proactive, remote and onsite engineering support to clients as needed.
Provide technical support on-site, and/or remotely via phone and/or email. Troubleshoot a variety of computer/server/network issues. Maintain, repair, move, or carry computer equipment.
This position requires local residence in the Greenville-Spartanburg-Anderson, South Carolina geographical region. The ideal candidate will have experience in the IT field, preferably with MSP experience, and a strong understanding of Information Technology.
