Job description
Merit Technologies is seeking a skilled and motivated IT Systems Engineer II to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT infrastructure, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for providing exceptional service to our clients. Individuals in this position are required to provide proactive, remote and onsite engineering support to clients as needed.
Provide technical support on-site, and/or remotely via phone and/or email to the Merit client base. Design, implement, and manage IT infrastructure solutions for clients. Troubleshoot a variety of computer/server/network issues in a timely manner.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT infrastructure, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for providing exceptional service to our clients. This position requires local travel in the Greenville-Spartanburg-Anderson metropolitan area.
