Platform Engineer (Fintech)

Role Overview

As a Platform Engineer, your mission will be to build and evolve the infrastructure, tooling, and operational foundations that enable engineering teams to deliver faster, safer, and more reliably. You will play a key role in creating a scalable platform that empowers developers, supports business growth, and establishes engineering best practices across the organization.

What You Will Do

Designing and improving CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes, building and maintaining cloud infrastructure within AWS environments, driving Infrastructure as Code (IaC) initiatives, and enhancing observability, monitoring, logging, and reliability practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Platform Engineering, DevOps, SRE, Infrastructure, or related roles
• Strong experience working with AWS and cloud-native environments
• Solid understanding of infrastructure, networking, security, and distributed systems
• Experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
• Hands-on experience with Terraform, CDK, or similar Infrastructure as Code tools
• Experience with monitoring, observability, and reliability engineering
• Strong scripting or programming skills using Python, Bash, or similar languages
• Experience working with APIs and microservices architectures
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• A mindset focused on automation, scalability, and continuous improvement
