Requirements
- No degree is required. High School Diploma/GED preferred.
- 1 year of retail management experience or previous Goodwill Retail or Warehouse experience is required.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including customer service, conflict resolution, and teamwork.
- Leadership skills like decision-making, motivation, goal-setting, and strong problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable with workplace technology like registers, scheduling, and inventory management software.
