Job Description
MES is seeking a full-time Service Technician (Air Products - SCBA) for Northern Michigan. The technician will be responsible for inspecting, maintaining, repairing, and testing Self-Contained Breathing Apparatus (SCBA) used by firefighting personnel. This role ensures SCBA equipment is ready for emergency use and requires preventative maintenance on 3M/Scott Safety SCBA and related equipment.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in servicing and maintaining SCBA equipment
- Knowledge of safety regulations and NFPA standards
- Sound computer skills
- Mechanical inclination
