We are seeking a motivated and experienced IT Administrator to support our France region as part of our global IT team at Messagepoint.

Requirements

Act as the primary IT contact for the France region
Provide first-level support for computer hardware, operating systems, applications, mobile devices, peripherals, network connectivity, and SaaS/cloud services.
Maintain accurate records of local IT assets, including inventory of hardware, software, and licenses.
Support the on-site IT infrastructure, including network equipment, printers, meeting room technologies, and other work systems.
Participate in equipment lifecycle management, system performance improvement, maintenance, and upgrades.
Apply and support the company's global security standards in the France region, in accordance with global policies and European requirements, such as GDPR.
Support security awareness initiatives, compliance, and consistent application of identity, access, and data protection controls.
Develop advanced system, network, cloud services, and security operations troubleshooting skills.
Maintain and update IT documentation and knowledge base for regional and global IT practices.
Participate in business continuity and disaster recovery plans in coordination with the global IT team.
Provide regular updates to the IT & Security Director and collaborate closely with the distributed IT team across multiple time zones.
