Bilingual IT Administrator

We are seeking a motivated IT Administrator to support our France region as part of Messagepoint’s global IT team. This role will serve as the primary local IT contact for end-user support, office technology, device management, and regional IT operations.

Requirements

• Serve as the primary IT contact for the France region
• Provide front-line support for hardware, operating systems, applications, mobile devices, peripherals, network connectivity, and SaaS/cloud services
• Maintain accurate local IT asset records
• Support office IT infrastructure
• Act as the onsite liaison for local vendors and service providers
• Maintain and update IT documentation and knowledge base content
• Assist with device lifecycle management
• Participate in business continuity and disaster recovery planning and testing
• Support and enforce corporate IT security standards
• Monitor and respond to IT security alerts
