Requirements

• Law degree (LL.B. or J.D.) and membership in good standing with a relevant bar
• Strong experience reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts in a SaaS or technology company
• Deep understanding of contract law, risk allocation, and negotiation strategy
• Proven ability to make sound legal decisions and advise on company positions
• Experience with SaaS/software agreements, 5-7 years professional services and managed services contracts, reseller and partner agreements, data privacy frameworks, and working with customers across multiple jurisdictions
