Paralegal, Corporate Contracts

We are seeking a detail-oriented and business-minded Paralegal, Corporate Contracts to support our commercial contracting function in a fast-paced SaaS environment. You will review, negotiate, and manage customer and partner agreements, providing practical recommendations that balance legal risk with business objectives.

Requirements

• Paralegal certification or equivalent experience in corporate/commercial law
• Strong experience reviewing and supporting negotiation of sales contracts in a SaaS or technology company
• Solid understanding of commercial contract terms and risk considerations
• Experience working in or alongside a Sales Deal Desk or Sales Operations function
• Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and time management skills
