DZ Driver

Role Overview

As a Driver at Messer, you will drive a well-maintained vehicle, represent the organization to customers, and provide excellent customer service. This role requires a valid Class 3 or DZ license with air brakes and a minimum of 1 year driving experience. You will be responsible for multiple deliveries of gas products and hardgoods to local customers within the assigned geographical area.

What You Will Do

Your responsibilities will include driving a 5- or 10-ton truck, loading and unloading cylinders, balancing cylinder load sheets, and performing administration duties using handheld technology.

Requirements

• Valid Class 3 or DZ license with air brakes
• Minimum of 1 year driving experience with recognized driving school training or 3 years driving experience
• Minimum Grade 12 education or equivalent experience
• A clean driving abstract
• Ability to handle and lift goods up to 60 lbs.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
