Product Manager (all genders)

We are looking for a Product Manager to develop new products for our cloud offering based on market and customer requirements. You will define and prioritize product requirements and oversee their implementation in an agile development environment. You will also work closely with our marketing and other departments to promote new products and features.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management, ideally in the energy or software sector
• Degree in electrical engineering, industrial engineering, software engineering, or a comparable field
• Experience in the renewables industry, ideally with battery (BESS) and PV systems as well as monitoring/control solutions
• Experience in data-driven product development and market analysis
• Experience with agile software development, requirements management, and ideally LLM-based applications
• Strong communication and presentation skills and fluency in German and English
