Job description
Load and unload trucks or from pallets, trays, storage racks, conveyors, and machines. Enter transactions into computer system or catalog. Maintain First In, First Out (FIFO) inventory system.
Sort and place materials in predetermined storage locations in the warehouse or plant. Report material shortages to purchasing agent or warehouse supervisor. Ensure all overnight and ground shipments are processed daily.
Must possess good communication skills, both written and verbal. Must possess basic math skills. Ability to learn to operate powered lift trucks and other material movers.
