Field Service Specialist

Metrohm USA is seeking a Field Service Specialist to support customers across South Dakota, Iowa, and Nebraska. The role involves providing technical support and on-site service to keep customers' instruments running at peak performance.

Requirements

• BS/BA in Chemistry or a closely related scientific discipline
• 2–4 years of hands-on experience repairing laboratory instrumentation
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
• Strong time management and the ability to work independently
• Willingness to travel extensively throughout the assigned territory and occasionally outside the territory in the South Region
