
Job description
The Maintenance Coordinator will be responsible for the efficient scheduling, planning, and coordination of maintenance activities. This role ensures that all maintenance work is carried out in compliance with safety regulations, company standards, and industry best practices.
Develop and maintain a comprehensive maintenance schedule, prioritize maintenance tasks, coordinate maintenance activities, track expenses, generate estimates, create and close out work orders, allocate labor and resources, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in maintenance coordination, planning, or a related role, strong organizational and time management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in maintenance management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
