BH Clinical Program Supervisor

We are hiring a full-time Behavioral Health Clinical Program Supervisor to join our Calumet Team at Metropolitan Family Services. The role involves supervising and coordinating programs, performing comprehensive assessments, and providing case management and counseling services. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field, and five years of post-graduate experience with increasing levels of responsibility.

Requirements

• Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling or related field from an accredited college or university
• Five years of post-graduate counseling or social work experience with increasing levels of responsibility
• Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
• Valid driver's license and proof of insurance
• Ability to work effectively with diverse individuals and groups
