Domestic Violence Court Advocate

We are hiring a full-time Domestic Violence Court Advocate to join our Midway Jane Addams Court Advocacy Program in Chicago. The advocate will provide direct services to survivors of domestic abuse, including crisis intervention, safety planning, and legal advocacy.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree plus 3 years’ experience or Bachelor’s degree plus 1 year experience
• Experience in court advocacy and domestic violence survivor services
• Illinois Certified Domestic Violence Professional (CDVP) certification preferred
• 40-hour Domestic Violence training preferred at time of hire
