Outreach and Engagement Intern

The Metropolitan Water Reclamation District is seeking an intern to support the Board of Commissioners Offices. This internship offers the opportunity to develop skills in wastewater management as well as environmental equity and justice initiatives.

Requirements

• Ability to work independently and with a team
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Must have reliable transportation to travel to/from various worksites
• Must be available to participate with staff at weekend events

Benefits

• Paid internship
• Limited to 119 working days per calendar year
• Receive $18.00 per hour
