Join us in Monterrey, Mexico as a Talent Acquisition Partner to manage the end-to-end recruitment process for Aptiv across the Americas. You will source candidates, build relationships with hiring managers, and ensure a positive candidate experience. Requires 4+ years of recruitment experience, bilingualism in English and Spanish, and knowledge of applicant tracking systems.
