Human Resources Manager

Human Resources Manager will partner with the leadership team to execute the organization's human resource and talent strategy, manage the talent acquisition process, and maintain compliance with employment laws and regulations.

Requirements

• Work experience in IT companies
• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
• A minimum of three years of human resource management experience
• Excellent Spanish and English verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
• Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
• Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organization's HRIS and talent management systems
