Requirements
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in butler services, private villa management, or residential services within ultra-luxury hotels or private estate management.
- Proven track record of managing long-term relationships with UHNWI clients with utmost discretion and professionalism.
- Exceptional leadership and emotional intelligence, with the ability to empower a team to deliver impeccable service.
- Strong financial and operational acumen.
- Impeccable personal presentation and exceptional communication skills.
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages (Arabic, Russian, Mandarin) are a significant advantage.
