Roadway Department Manager

Michael Baker International is seeking a visionary Roadway Department Manager to lead our Orlando Surface Transportation Practice. The successful candidate will shape the future of mobility in Central Florida, lead a talented team, and drive strategic growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor's in Civil Engineering (or related) and Florida PE license
• 12+ years in transportation design (highway, roadway, traffic, or structural) with 6+ years in leadership roles
• Strong relationships with FDOT Districts One & Five, CFX, FTE, MPOs, and municipal clients
• Exceptional communication, proposal writing, public speaking, and problem-solving abilities
• Proven success in project delivery and leading winning proposals
• Ability to travel up to 25% within Central Florida
