Finance & Accounting Manager

The Finance & Accounting Manager will oversee all accounting functions, lead the month-end and year-end close processes, and manage the accounting team. The role will also require strong communication skills in English and Japanese, and experience with accounting systems, including system administration and controls.

Requirements

• 7+ years of progressive experience across accounting and finance functions
• Strong, hands-on knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and procedures
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Japanese
• Advanced proficiency in accounting systems, including system administration and controls
• Advanced Excel skills with the ability to analyze and present financial data effectively
