Retail Service Team Member

Deliver friendly customer service, help customers shop, and provide a fast and friendly checkout experience. Complete truck unloading and merchandise duties throughout the store. Participate in the truck unload, stocking, and planogram processes. Perform Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Deliver friendly customer service
• Help customers shop and provide solutions
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience
• Engage customers on the benefits of the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards
• Assist with Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS)
• Participate in the truck unload, stocking, and planogram processes
• Responsible to complete merchandise recovery and maintenance
