Payroll Manager

Role Overview

We are looking for a payroll manager to take charge of the operational management of payroll and ensure the reliability of processes in accordance with agreements, legal rules and internal standards.

Production and reliability of payroll, follow-up of individual situations, management and improvement of processes, role of business reference.

Requirements

• Degree in payroll, HR or personnel administration, BAC + 2 validated
• Confirmed experience in payroll management, ideally in an industrial or structured environment
• Mastery of payroll processes, data control and social regulation
• Ease with HR tools and multi-actor environments (provider, HR, managers...)
• Rigor, sense of confidentiality and high reliability requirement
• Analytical capacity, continuous improvement spirit and taste for transversal work
• Relationship qualities allowing to accompany and secure individual situations
