Analog Design Engineer

Micron Technology is seeking an Analog Design Engineer to design, develop, and verify analog and mixed-signal integrated circuits for advanced memory products. The engineer will collaborate with multi-functional teams to deliver high-quality, high-performance analog IPs supporting advanced memory technologies.

Requirements

• Design, develop, and verify analog and mixed-signal circuits for advanced memory products.
• Analyze and communicate design tradeoffs to design teams and internal customers.
• Provide feasibility and topology tradeoff assessments during architecture development.
• Perform schematic- and post-layout-level simulations to verify circuit functionality, performance, and robustness.
• Collaborate with architecture, layout, CAD, modeling, and verification teams to ensure high-quality designs.
• Contribute to innovation and continuous improvement across future memory technology nodes.
• Collaborate with different function areas like systems, layout and digital designers among others.
