ASIC Test Engineer

Micron Technology is seeking an ASIC Test Engineer to develop test programs for SSD and UFS controller products, optimize test programs, and automate test engineering processes. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's or master's degree in Electrical Engineering/Computer engineering and strong interest in software development with good programming skills.

Requirements

• Develop test programs for SSD and UFS controller products
• Optimize test programs to reduce product test times and manufacturing cost
• Automate test engineering processes by writing software scripts
• Work closely with product and equipment engineering teams to improve overall product yields and equipment efficiency
• Work closely with design teams to develop design for test features
• Develop and monitor process and engineering metrics
