Assistant General Counsel

Micron Technology is seeking an exceptional Assistant General Counsel to aid in establishing and managing its largest semiconductor fabrication facility ever constructed in the U.S. The candidate will collaborate closely with the Global Operations Team and provide strategic and practical legal advice to support the construction, development, and operation of the facility.

Requirements

• Serve as a trusted business partner to Micron’s Global Operations Team
• Partner with Micron’s Government Affairs Team to ensure project alignment with federal, state, and local requirements
• Collaborate directly with senior leadership in Micron’s Legal Department to resolve legal and compliance matters
• Provide strategic and practical legal advice to The Micron Foundation
• Support other ad hoc, strategic projects
