Requirements
- Ensure strict compliance with environmental, health, and safety (EHS) standards
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance on electrical systems
- Support commissioning and startup of new electrical systems and infrastructure upgrades
- Identify and fix electrical problems using structured troubleshooting steps
- Conduct risk assessments and FMEA to identify and mitigate potential system failures
- Maintain accurate documentation of electrical systems and maintenance records
- Mentor junior technicians and participate in technical training programs
- Support deployment of SMART diagnostics tools and digital systems
