Global Facilities, Operations Alignment Program Manager

Micron Technology is seeking a Program Manager for the Global Facilities, Operations Alignment team. As a Program Manager, you will support facilities teams at front-end manufacturing and Assembly Test sites, leading assigned programs, and collaborating with site contacts, team members, and engineering teams. You will monitor, measure, and report progress, overcome challenges, and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Two or more years of experience in Project/Program Management
• Two or more years of experience in Facilities Operations and Maintenance or Engineering
• Experience in leading multiple programs and collaborating with internal and external partners and consultants
• Strong interpersonal abilities and communication skills
• Ability to resolve problems across multi-functional and diverse cultural groups
• Exceptional customer focus
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.
• Professional Certifications (desired): Project Management Professional (PMP)
