Global Facilities Quality Senior Program Manager

Role Overview

As a Global Facilities Quality Senior Program Manager, you will work closely with major functional organizations to drive Quality systems projects/programs from initiation to completion. These projects/programs are critical to the success of Facilities and the overall network.

What You Will Do

Your responsibilities will include collaborating with Global & Site Facilities team to proactively manage projects/programs, creating and leading projects/programs, supporting Global Facilities Quality Core Team meetings, and managing external audits.

Requirements

• Excellent skills for leading or facilitating multi-organisational teams to success on complex multidimensional projects/programs
• Excellent communication skills to build teams comprised of key skills, to drive progress to plan and to get management support and buy-in for complex projects/programs
• Ability to develop and maintain positive, cooperative, team-oriented relationships with peers, coworkers, management, customers, and auditors
• 2 or more years of Facilities Semiconductor industry engineering experience
• Skills in the creation and management of projects/programs (TABLEAU reports, SharePoint Online (SPMO), etc)
• Working knowledge and drive quality programs such as MOC, FMEA, Calibration, GDMS, Error-Proofing, etc
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent
• Project/Program management experiences are preferable
• ISO or IATF Audit experience, including training and certification, is preferable
