Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering and related
- Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Excel, with solid understanding of statistics to support business and operational decisions
- Working knowledge of SQL or Python to analyze data, automate analysis, and support data-driven solutions
- Foundational understanding of AI and machine learning concepts, including AI agents
- A curious, analytical mindset and willingness to learn new tools and techniques
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and align cross functional stakeholders
