Requirements

• 2+ years experience in manufacturing, operational excellence, or continuous improvement
• Experience implementing TPM, Lean Manufacturing, or Six Sigma
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience in cross-functional collaboration and project execution
• Experience with data analysis and visualization using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Excel
