Planning Engineer

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Industrial/Mechanical/Electrical/Computer engineering preferable
• 2 years of leadership skills
• Production and material planning expertise
• Capacity analysis and optimization techniques
• ERP system proficiency (SAP or equivalent)
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills
• Highly motivated to work in a dynamic environment
• Excellent communication and collaboration across functions
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability
• Continuous improvement mindset
• Prior programming work and experience with AI tools
