Probe Manufacturing Shift Engineer

As a Probe Manufacturing Shift Engineer, you will lead and manage shift technicians and contractors to achieve operational objectives, analyze data, and develop an agentic AI approach to improve productivity and protect quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical & Electronics, Chemical, Mechanical, or Materials Engineering, or equivalent.
• Leadership experience through academic projects, internships, or extracurricular activities.
• Problem-solving abilities and knowledge of problem-solving methodologies like 8D, 5 Why analysis, Process Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (PFMEA).
• Strong communication skills and personal initiative.
• Proven experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Demonstrated PROBE internship experience within a semiconductor company.
• Interest in and knowledge of the semiconductor industry and Micron is preferred.
• Understanding or interest in AI applications in semiconductor manufacturing is preferred.
