Process Engineer

Micron Technology is seeking a Process Engineer to support the improvement of device engineering in the diffusion process. The successful candidate will work with various stakeholders to establish and improve processes, and will collaborate with the technology development team to develop next-generation Technode devices. As a Fab Engineer, you will be responsible for starting up, developing, and optimizing processes to improve product quality and reliability, and will work on process yield improvement, cost reduction, productivity improvement, and risk management.

• Basic knowledge of programming languages and database systems.
• Familiarity with digital tools such as scripting, RPA, and Tableau.
• Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Basic English communication skills (equivalent to high school graduate level).
