RDA Process Manager

Micron Technology is a world leader in innovating memory and storage solutions. We are looking for a Real-time Defect Analysis Process Manager to lead an HVM team in the use of next-generation defect detection equipment and processes to identify and solve issues.

Requirements

• Develop clear metrics for program health and communicate in an effective manner to set program priorities.
• Build and improve upon detection techniques and identify new ways to use existing tools in order to identify relevant process issues.
• Develop inspection technology roadmaps to drive our internal and external partners enabling a clear path to future advanced memory needs.
• Manage projects internal to your team and across functional areas.
• Mentor your team in analyzing process flows looking for defect anomalies and quarantining process tools that are out of control.
• Create an environment of continuous improvement process (CIP) demeanor, looking for ways to improve operations, and how to make a difference today!
• Encourage a safe work environment.
• Direct your team to recognize, identify, and raise awareness of process anomalies.
• Active participation in technical meetings and then synthesize from it new opportunities or novel approaches
• Collaborate with the global network to develop best known methods and maintain alignment between sites
