Senior Engineer, GQ Ops Industrial Engineering and System

Requirements

• Effective written and spoken English
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Industrial and System Engineering, Engineering, Business or related field and/or equivalent experience
• Strong critical and analytical thinking skill
• Strong problem-solving skills with ability to multi-task and manage numerous projects simultaneously
• Able to work in several areas of a project development life cycle
• Great teammate, preferably with experience working on projects with global collaborators
• High adaptability and flexibility to deal with variety of problems in a fast-paced environment
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills and presentation skills
• Proven leadership skills
• Self-motivated, strong ownership and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Very high attention to detail and data accuracy and quality
