Senior Engineer – Process Development, Wet, NAND

We are looking for a Senior Engineer in Wet Process Development to support the rapid deployment of advanced NAND technology nodes by developing and optimizing wet processes, improving process margins, and troubleshooting yield and quality issues.

Requirements

• PhD, or Master’s ≥3 yrs, or Bachelor’s ≥5 yrs of relevant experience in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Physics, or related field
• Strong foundation in chemistry, chemical kinetics, thermodynamics, and mass transport
• DOE / SPC and data analysis systems (e.g., Y3) to analyze experimental outcomes
• Working knowledge of memory process flow (planar + vertical NAND context)
• Cross‐functional collaboration, concise communication, and ability to prioritize in a dynamic environment
