SENIOR/PRINCIPAL ENGINEER - PD SG CVD NVM

As a Senior/Principal Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and optimizing processes to improve product quality and reliability, working on process yield improvement, cost reduction, productivity improvement, and risk management. You will also be required to identify, diagnose, and resolve assembly process-related problems by applying failure analysis, FMEA, 8D, or SPC/FDC methodology.

Requirements

• PhD/Masters/Bachelor degree or higher in Materials Science, Chemical/Microelectronic Engineering, or Physics
• Minimum 3 years hands-on experience in leading edge film deposition/implant technology work
• Deep understanding of chemical kinetics, thermodynamics, physical phenomena, and their direct application to CVD/PVD deposition in various deposition methods
